          CIVAR Realty Advisors was founded in 2018 by Carlos E. V. Rivas. Mr. Rivas opened the first office in downtown Pasadena,CA. With an entrepreneurship mindset Mr. Rivas opened our first office risking it all willing to fill in an American dream. As business started to accumulate CIVAR opened the doors to our now professional Advisors. Since then CIVAR Realty Advisors has executed more then $100 Million dollars in sales volume.
